I send backlinks to my backlinks. Use auto approved blog comments, trackbacks, guestbooks, and image comments.

get yourself a copy of scrapejet and load your backlinks into that. this is much cheaper and better than any indexing service.

I use link pipeline, im guessing you didnt like it very much, what problems did you have as im thinking of canceling it along with backlink beast.

There are a lot of methods here. Use the search box.
There is another quick trick that I use (mainly for making googlebot recrawl my pages) - If you have WMT, then go to Health -> Fetch as Google -> enter the url and click Fetch. Then click on Submit to Index. If your domain is indexed, then your new urls will get indexed super quick
