This is also dirty playing of facebook with the fanpage owners I think. Millions of fanpage owners have spent billions of dollars to set up their pages and after all these facebook takes away their means of promotion.
As a fanpage owner, this change sucks. Owners can expect their fans to talk about their pages to friends.
Now fb is trying to get them helpless and force them to rely on fb's own organic and expensive ad campaigns. This seems almost like betraying.

i will love facebook if they come up with a easyier way to invite friends to fan pages. and they make fan pages very important updates.
btw anyone notice fan page impressions have dropped like 95%
i used to get 5k impressions on one of my fan pages now i get 100 only lol!
