There are plenty of sales threads which offer reliable SEO services on SEO - Link building, SEO - Other, SEO - Packages sections. As all others said, check the providers reputation and reviews made by customers, etc..

There are so many SEO providers out there. Just go and Google them. However, some of the best ones I know are from the Philippines. They are really flexible, especially when it comes to creating content in different languages. But be careful to invest your money in the right company.

Well its better to check out the Marketplace see review and go with the one that has better records and make sure you're thinking of long term work as in couple of month there isn't any guarantee you'll see the results.

I would have started with a Google search if I were you. Be wary of SEO companies that make unrealistic or dubious guarantees, such as guaranteeing your site a #1 rankings. Read a lot of reviews before making your decision as to which service to use.
