I've been using serpbook but lately it isn't tracking properly. Does anyone have any suggestions for a rank tracker that works correctly? Thanks so much for any and all help.

Do some manual searches yourself, there are many rank trackers, none are actually 100% accurate or good enough to pull through local stuff.

I'm currently using Serblab and it's pretty good for my needs.

proranktracker is pretty good: https://proranktracker.com/plans --> they have a free plan so you can try it before you commit. "The free plan is limited to 20 Terms and 2 URLs." -- its pretty good.
