1) Cyber cafe

2) General store accepting online payments

3) Publication house

What other options you can think of ?

All these seem Dead to me... Might be Geo Difference though.
 
I don't think there are many off line businesses any more! Everything is connected to some degree to some google business page to a full on website / app.

Not sure I follow what your asking either to be honest! "Suggestions for offline businesses complementing online work" in what sense is online work? You want to pitch work to them? Or do you mean an "off line business having online assets suggested to them"? o_O
 
I can suggest some based on your resources and location. Is it rural or urban? Also, do you own property? Or going to lease or rent?

Going to rent. I live at a place which is near to both rural and urban so both options are there.
