Suggestions for my website.

Hello guys, i really hope this is the correct section to post it in (I was unable to find a category that matches my post).

I am the owner of mmtop200 (I am unable to post URLs, please google search it to see it) a top private server list website, and i am currently trying to increase the amount of members and simply trying to make the website grow.

What i have done/what we currently have,
- A unique system that posts on FB and Twitter as soon as someone registers on the website with a short description and their website's title.
- Used 2 different SEO and Link building services in the past 4 months (Which did increase my ranking some certain keywords, except two).
- Decreased the amount of keywords.
- Shortened the description, and made it more unique and to the point.
- Advertising every single day to different private servers (By contacting them/their owners).

But it still seems that the website is growing too slow.

My main requests (If anyone could help), are how to create organic keywords? i have 50 "details" on the front page, and it seems that it considers that as a keyword, how to make it so that it will ignore this word, and other words that i do not want it to consider as keywords?

How to improve the website, and if you have any suggestions please post them as i really want to make the website grow.

Only using 2 SEO services over a 4 month period won't rank anybody. I'm guessing you'd need a retail SEO budget of around $500/month at minimum over a period of several months to rank even a decent amount in that niche. That is even assuming that you have the correct keywords picked and are using the right anchor text strategy in your SEO.

That is a tough niche. You need to realize that it may take a long time for you to rank it well. Just take the time and be careful. In the meantime advertising in gaming forums may bring short term business, something along those lines.

Thank you for your great suggestion, yes it will be hard, i am still trying to figure out the correct keywords but i think for now i got the correct ones.

In the mean time i am advertising by contacting private server owners, and re-investing all of the money that I receive from premium membership and ad revenue.

I am still looking for more suggestions that are under a $30/month budget, i hope somebody will be able to help me as i really want to make the website more popular and fair.

Also, any other suggestions, for example design, ideas, etc, are welcome!

How tough is the niche? Are there big names in the first few positions?

It is pretty tough, there are a lot of websites over me for some keywords, but for example "Top private game servers" we are on the first page, 6-7th position.

Anything that would help me promote and improve the website, bring more private servers to it, and attract new private servers.
