Nowadays seems that all free versions are very restricted.
Any suggestion which one to use?

Few days ago one great and kind soul in BHW shared this free resource called "keywordseverywhere.org" in his thread.

If you have a tight budget then you can use this website to find search volume.

I noticed that it's data matches with results in Ubersuggest.

Keywordtool.io is good but the free version doesn't show search volume and other metrics

I use a combination of a few. Keysearch, KeywordsEverywhere, and Ahrefs.

I vote for SEMrush ,better to analysis keywords based on search volume and competition.

On my opinion Google Keyword Planner is the most preferable tool

There are several free keyword research tool such as Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, Keyword Surfer, AnswerThePublic, Google Trends

In my opinion, semrush is best, it works almost accurately,

so you can try it.
