Suggestions for EU website owners

I know this is not the place for serious tax advice, but maybe some of you have some suggestions or are in a similar spot.

I run a agency in europe, selling seo & website services and also run some own websites.

Now that my own projects start to get serious traction, i am thinking about how to handle that in the future.

Right now i manage everything in one company. But i want to start a separate one for my own websites and make a clean cut to the agency company, for reasons that i do not want to explain further here.

Can you recommend some countries where you can run an online business with low taxes & still be able to live in europe, at least for the most part of the year?

Bulgaria 5%-10% (cheapest EU country to live in)
Romania 3%-8% (cheap but not as cheap as Bulgaria)

You might also want to look into what the deductables are for business. Its not that simple.
