Suggestions about link building needed for my amazon affiliate site

Hi guys,
I have been following this forum since long time and have learnt a lot along the way
I have started my own affiliate site for amazon products and need suggestions on how to start building links.

This is what I have done till now:
Keywords: Found few keywords with low competition, using Long tail pro and google operators.

My main keyword is 4 words, receives 2500+ searches and $4 CPC.
I have purchased domain and hosting and added 2000 article on homepage, with product comparison table. Later, I added 2 individual product reviews.
Its been a month now, I have been ranking on Bing and Yahoo for many long tail keywords. In fact, my main keyword is on position #3 (Bing), without building any backlinks. But I am nowhere to be seen in top 500 results on Google.

So my question:
Should I start building backlinks to my site? I have started making few web2.0 properties and added unique content on each of them (and adding daily on each of them)
To increase authority, I am planning to add few high authority links from Missioner : A1 Authority 90+ DA Links

(Sorry I am not able to post links)

Will it be good strategy? I am really bad at SEO
Also, can you guys recommend some good guest posting services for tier-1? I am not interested in PBN's Prefer white hat seo

Hey, this is very common with Google normally in terms of brand new sites without link building it takes about 4-5 months to start seeing some of your keywords in the top 100. If its been more then a month then I would start the link building process.

Its great you have the Web 2.0s built you should maybe start with some social and bookmarking links onto the site and some inner pages and add a couple of Web 2.0s a week. You should start with the homepage of the website even though it may not target a target keyword this seems more natural and I found send the link juice around the site if you made it like a silo structure.

I personally wont worry about guest posts as of now not until you have put about 10 or more Web 2.0 links towards your site and wait a couple of weeks to see what effect this has on your site in the SERPS then you can decide were to get the guest posts there are many good ones here. Hope this helped

SO i should add guest posts later than. Lets see how it goes with web 2.0 first

Links that i usually point to my new site with some quality content after one-two month: manually created Web2.0s , high pr social bookmarks, high pr profile links, high quality blog comments with low OBL, make a small video and then upload it to 10+ video sharing sites. Outsource wiki links, blog comments, social bookmarks as tire 2 links to all these links.

Well I think you must start SEO of your website by doing On-Page Optimization first.
1. Keyword Research and Analysis
2. Content Writing - content should be high quality
3. Add Meta Tags in the HTML codes

Then do Back-Linking (Off-Page Optimization) by using directories, manual blog posts, social bookmarking, blog commenting etc..

ONPAGE OPTIMIZATION COMES FIRST.. so do it first..
