As Seo Lover suggests: add some graphics, a background (search "background pattern" for example, you'll find tons of them for free). Most adult sites have dark backgrounds and it's quite logical because most people browsing adult sites do it in the evenings when the sun is down and the lights are dimmed. Dark backgrounds are not so much straining your eyes

Besides that, yes, the loading time is awful. People want to see the next hot chick just after they click!

It takes forever to load, so right out of the gate I would get some better web hosting as a matter of urgency. Also, the white background has to go. The only reason I would keep a site as plain as that would be to cut back on loading times but as we've already seen that's not working. Make it a bit less sterile, and look for some affiliate partners so you can make some money from the visitors you will get. It is a pretty good URL and will be easily remembered, so that's good.
