I have observed that in Dispute Resolution(s), the person who has created the Dispute Resolution, VERY OFTEN asking the moderator : "Why is he not yet banned ?"
The accuser asking the moderator, as to why is the accused is not yet banned.

People need to understand the logic, that the moderators cannot just simply ban the accused BEFORE making their FULL / MAXIMUM attempt at resolving the dispute in a way that is amicable to all parties involved.
It is ONLY after such a best attempt fails, do moderators take the decision to ban a member (or the accused).

Hence, my suggestion is : Add a rule to https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/dispute-resolution-rules-procedures.1246633/, stating something like "Once you open a Dispute Resolution, please do not ask for the opposite party (member) to get banned, as BHW moderators need to make their best attempt in order to resolve the dispute. This is in your best interest to allow the moderators to resolve the dispute. Banning a member ASAP may mean that what is due or refundbale to you, may not materialize".

The reason why I am suggesting such a rule, is that in many Dispute Resolution(s), the person who has created the Dispute Resolution, VERY OFTEN asks the moderator : "Why is he not yet banned ?"

i don't think it will work. Since most people that say why he is not banned yet, is the same type that doesn't read the rules, term etc.

Disputes can be very emotional for both parties, so the accuser is unlikely to be logical the entire time. Adding a rule in won't stop them from making that demand, especially if they fully believe that they have been scammed.

They can make that request all they want, but it's not a valid resolution term in that section, so nothing ever comes from it.
