Suggestion related to "The Lounge" section

I do understand that "The Lounge" section's description is "What’s been on your mind lately? Maybe you've come across a website that made you laugh. Almost anything goes here".
Threads in "The Lounge" section must also offer some value or atleast some meaning if not some value : like "come across a website that made you laugh" is also meaningful because it would induce some laughter into an internet marketeer who is busy marketing online the whole day.
However, lately there are threads in "The Lounge" where the OP's post goes :-
" (@ some member's username), every time I say a stupid joke, which makes no one laugh, you always back me up.

I decided to co-shoutout this thread to include (@ some member's username) due to a jealousy crisis"

That is all the thread's main post is about. Now, is that not a totally meaningless thread ?
My suggestion is that even in "The Lounge", totally meaningless threads must not be allowed.
I know there is a "Report" button, but reply comes "It is The Lounge", which is as of now fine, because even totally meaningless threads are allowed in "The Lounge".
That is why I am posting this as a forum suggestion for "The Lounge", suggesting a guideline, that totally meaningless threads must not be posted even though it is in "The Lounge".

Assessing the return on investment (ROI) for lounge posts is not a good idea. You need to think outside the ROI box.
So as an example, what do we lose if some guy named Willy posts about his pet fish?

We are facing the pandemic of this century - a bit of this and a bit of that helps to relax.

Humour can be subjective. What you’d define as ‘laugh worthy’ could be a cringe fest for me.

Yes, that Paypal Monkey Generator thread (above) was posted in "Member Downloads", so yes it is meaningful enough as humour (laugh) to be posted in The Lounge, atleast once.

Both threads are related to Paypal Monkey Generator, ain't it ? And it has a laughter aspect, which does make it meaningful enough atleast once in "The Lounge".

If something must be changed, it has to be changes with the edit and delete policy. I remember when u deleted your post to make the OP go mad on me.

Sorry, Paypal Monkey Generator was something a lot of members upto the recent past, had a lot of genuine laughter about. And see the description for "The Lounge" .... "....that made you laugh", hence that thread of mine was not meaningless. Anyways, if you feel anything wrong in that thread, then go to that thread and Report it. As simple as that. It is not worth my time replying to you any further, but you go on ranting and we'll see where it takes you.
And about @sooryas2k "You edited out the part where u said me to use common sense right? .... Yes, right, there is an option to Edit one's post, are'nt you aware of it ? If you feel I did anything wrong by editing my post, then please report that, instead of senselessly crying like a baby about it.
Even this very post (comment), I've edited it around 6 times and so what ??? It is a functionality of the forum !!! Anything against forum rules, just Report it, as simple as that.
And @sooryas2k , about your "I'm done with you". : I have no idea what you are referring to. Different people have different concepts of taking things personally.

Honestly, feels like a bickering day for BHW.
@BassTrackerBoats only posted a thread to reinforce the rules and turned to be an absolute shit fest, I bet he felt like complete shit afterwards needing to deal with all the aftermath comments.
