Suggestion: Quote and mantion notification system

Sometimes you post something and other member wants to ask you something and of course you don't check your all posts...
I think this feature would help a lot to navigate through your old posts.

So here's the basic visualization:
New look of USER CP:

New look of notifications bar:
__________________________________

______________________________________________
Mentions would work like a principle of twitter mentions (@)
Quotes like current one's.
Of course this is just a basic version of this system.

Yes, i found it. Yeah, he offered someting similar except mention part, but concept is same.
And no, I saw this system already adapted, so bhw would be not the first one.
