Well Ads aren't best traffic source for movie blog (i hope your revenue is ads only). So try free traffic source like social sites Fb, twitter and fiver offering twitter / fb posts.
If you are really in buying ads, try cheap ones like proxy site banners and tiny url service ads (like bit.ly) etc. The said ads platform may suit you, as your target audience is anyone and they are dam cheap.

Getting engagements in the movies niche is dead easy using social media, just post about stuff that makes people talk about it on Facebook and you're good to go.
