[Suggestion] Paying member support forum

I suggest a special support forum for J.R Vips and other members paying for their accounts here at BHW.

It must be a hassle for the moderators to receive PM:s all the time from all types of members, and I am sure they understand the importance on focus on the paying members first.

A special support forum for paying members would of course make this much easier.

What do you guys think?

I think you miss the concept of donors and jr vip

Its not to get special care from mods its a way to give back to this great community
mods already doing great job keeping this forum clean and tidy so you should wait till your pms get answered

Maybe if there was a paying members moderator that was dedicated to paying members complaints, that would be a fairly simple solution. Then we wouldn't have to air our problems openly in a subforum.

Yes, it is understood that donating is intended to give back to the community, but it is in the best interest of the community to keep donors happy.

Well, I am for example experiencing some problems which has to do with my donor status. Nothing I will not write out here but if I could have a closed support forum where I could ask a Moderator to get in touch with me, I am sure it could be resolved quite easy.

Those people who have JR.Vip status & Or Donor Status should in my suggestion be helped first, i agree. Those people dedicated both love, money and are very helpful to this community already. So why not having Mods/Admins/Super Mods giving back to those people?

Yes,Support forum is really needed to avoid the wastage of time.And avoid the overload for moderators too.
