Niche is like the topic your website is on. Say if your website was all about losing weight then it would be in the losing weight and diets niche.
Keyword density is the percentage your keyword is mentioned in an article. If it was 50% then 50% of your content would be your keyword. It needs to be 0.5-5%.

There are some high PR blog commenting services on BHW. You might want to checkout their sales threads. In general don't over obsess about PR. There is a very low corellation between PR and ranking well. None the less PR is still one of many ranking factors.
