Suggestion needed on site monetization

Hey Guys,

I hope you can help me with the following issue.

I've created an aussie job board site and pushing traffic from facebook and twitter.

I get 500-1000 visits daily and would like to monetize that. Currently I am using AdSense but the conversion is really shitty. I've tried multiple location, people just don't really click on them. At the moment it's around $5-10/daily

So I am looking for a more aggressive approach.

Can anyone suggest a good CPA site or affiliate programs that work with Australian sites?
