Suggestion/Issue with BHW

Not trying to stir the pot but I have 1 major issue with blackhatworld. While I think this forum is a wealth of information and I do appreciate it being here, I have run into 2 major issues.

1st one being, I have tried to give advice and contribute in a few threads.

I had to reword one post so it was so vague it's almost worthelss. I understand limiting accounts and possible spammers on the board but it's almost to the point where it's counter productive to newer members.

2nd issue - Not being able to reply in PM's until 15 posts sucks. I know I have posted more then 6-7 times since I've been a member here and i'm not sure why my post count is so low. Does it reset after a certain period of time?

I dont mind sending a donation IF i end up using a service and making some money from someone here. It's very hard to do though when I can not respond to posts/IMs.

Again, I love this place think its a great resource. Not trying to get on anyone I was just hoping you guys lighten the restrictions a little bit. If anything I guess this is 1 more post.

Wow, you have been a member since 2009 and only a few post????
If you are contributing to this forum your post count will be above 15 in no time. I think before you should be able to reap all of the benefits from BHW you should have to contribute first. If everyone just came here and took advantage of all the great info but never contribute, the site wouldn't really be worth anything to anyone because we would be depending on a few to provide everyone with methods etc. Just my 2 cents

I am having same problem.. Not able to post on many threads, it says Administration might have revoked your privileges. Also not able to create a thread.

Any help in this regards will be much appreciated.
