[Suggestion]Force 2 step verification

There are sometimes often or more often scams with stolen accounts.
So I suggest to force 2 step verification on all users (hard to do) and on new registered.

This simple registration form change will cut 99% scams with stolen accounts.

Not radical enough IMHO.
Simple death penalty will cut 99.99% scams with stolen accounts.

Closing the forum can bring that number to 100%!

I don't know if it's radical it's simple, everyone have email or can use smartphone. Chance to get email and forum data is a little and gmail have also 2 steps.
Maybe even email for 2 steps should be different than main email.

Compare it to death penalty is a joke

Ok, no more jokes.

But seriously, enforcing something is not always the best solution. Actually, I can't think of a case where enforcing something was a good solution to any problem.
Take me for example, BHW is leisure for me, I do no business here. 2 factor authentication for leisure website.. I don't think I'm ready for that - the trouble outweighs gains.

I think it would just be easier if people didn't reuse/recycle passwords and avoided yahoo emails... But forcing 2 step is also not a bad idea.
