Suggestion for WTB and HAF threads

I was thinking of way to help lots of newbies and probably improve on the forum with regards to to want to buy and want to hire threads,
Was thinking an automatic response from something like imbot will help newbies to avoid scammers,
Looking at it closely, the preying eyes of scammers are focused on this two subforum ,and most newbies think it's easy as they sound,
Some warnings can be auto given for those looking to buy or hire in the area of account purchase and reviews and probably many more

What about like hf where there are contracts ?

require a contract to provide a wtb/freelance services and require the buyer to review to close the contracts .

this will make feedback more important and also allow more trusted members to show proof with vouches .

The main issue is anyone can build up a lot posts and likes to look legit but feedback is never looked at on here really .

Maybe require proof from buyer and seller too like seller shows proof it was delivered and buyer shows proof they paid

We're currently looking into adjusting the rules of the HAF and WTB sections. We'll look into this as an option as well.
