Suggestion for shout-outs pricing/monetizing?

I have an account with 13,000 active followers in the fitness niche.
My insights are changeable, but on a good week I get around 200,000 reach.

Follower's cities in order:
1: London
2: Los Angeles
3: New York

United States and United Kingdom for countries.

I never thought of monetizing this account until recently, but I have no idea how much I should charge !

I know there are different types of shout-outs like, Story shout-out, Post shout-out, Bio shout-out, etc. and I know it differs from one to another.
Therefore, I resorted to you guys hoping you can help me sort this out!

The best way to do this is to contact other ig accounts in your niche and/or area; and ask them how much does it cost per shoutout. (And ask details about it)

Of course you should calculate in the engagement percentage and see how much it differs from you. From there you should get a rough estimate of how much you should charge.

I would start low, and if you get many sales just start raising the price. I would also offer bulk deals and promo combos (shout+story+link in bio on 24h).
