Suggestion For Price Comparision website

hey, guys in my country eCommerce were not fully developed ( under development ) so there are no competitors till Now. So I am planning to run a price comparison website (For my Country Base) but I need a suggestion from you, is this the right Decision ?...!!

and That we didn't have an easy international payment gateway(to purchase Internationaly ) we need to do lots of paperwork for this so top e-commerce companies like Amazon,eBay are far from us.....( Now Flipkart and myntra enter through a local company but they are not fully developed.)

The top e-commerce website in my country is daraz hope you understand how the situation was...

There's already browser extensions that does this. Perhaps an app would be nice.

In ym country, there is a popular website that is for this purpose only. It also got funding and is doing good.
