Suggestion for Pr4 - Pr9 Backlinks service ?

Can anyone suggest a good service to create backlinks from PR4 -> PR9 Websites to my website. I need backlinks to my website from such sites . The links must remain there at least 1 year.

I have state this elsewher on this forum. I have a besty pal who has a allowed me to leave a backlink on his ******** PR9 site. Not only that, it's a sitewide link, so it links to all pages on his site on a permanent text widget. I find it hard to believe another website anywhere would do that!! And I can't tell you how much that that has helped me.. Google doesn't seem to mind. It sees it as a comment link. I'm trying to convince him to sell these links, but I don't know. Not that keen. Still trying. PM some details on your needs. I'll put him under the pump.

BTW . . . it turns out he also has other similar sites. A PR4. a PR6 and 2 PR5's. His PR4 now has over 2,000 indexed tags. So in other words, you get over 2,000 do-follow links for every backlink you leave. I have about 12 inner pages backlinked to his site. Google orgasms over THIS!! My site's showing 12,000 links from his page alone (nearly) N E Way, PM me.

i read that Google decrease value of site-wide links and footer links to almost zero in Penguin update. I have 7 site-wide links (hidden links) from .edu.xx and .gov.xx, all PR4-PR6, none of them are in footer. But those links only help me jump from #14 to #9 for a medium-hard competitive keywords
