suggestion for keyword with CPC greater than 1

recently while searching for rich keywords I stumbled on a keyword with nice stats..see below

global monthly searches [exact]: 33k
avg CPC: $1.35
Results on Google (with quotes): 41,500,000
total search result pages: around 55
inlink: "keyword" : 439,000 results on google
inurl: "keyword" : 114,000 results on google
inlink: "keyword" inurl: "keyword" - zero results on google
as per spyfu there is only one advertiser that advertises for this keyword though the advertiser is trustworthy organization so I guess I can assume that they will never stop using this keyword for adverts..fingers crossed..

I can target the PR0 spots but here are the issues that I think might work against me:

• the domain that I can see available is org...does a org look good with domain that is related to cellphones? I don't think that search engines use the combination of TLD with keyword to see if they look good..or do they?
• too much search results on Google which means it has huge traffic..will it be possible to beat that?

any suggestions? I have been reading a lot on BHW and I really need to get this Micro Niche thing working..any help is appreciated

look at local exact searches.

It will take you some time though but it's a good keyword, however it's hard to say it by just looking at statistics...
