Suggestion for INSTAGRAM

Guys i need ur help. I have some questions in my mind plz answer if u know it.

I m going to make new IG ID and going to buy some followers. The content will be some funny videos and pictures. After i reach 40k or 50k. will i get shout out?? How hard is to get shout out??
Is buying followers is too risky?? (Advice me some methods to minimize).
Plz help me.

Dont buy followers, they will be fake so the shoutout will be worthless. If you do buy followers just make sure you also get real ones. Just be ready to spend a lot of time getting to 40k, but it will pay off in the long run.

I would suggest you to buy a program like Followliker or look for other instagram bots. (Followliker works good from my experience)
You can buy couple thousand (2-3K) fake followers when you start to make your profile look good. After that just keep bot running or do it manually if you have the time, and by 50K you will get requests for shoutouts. Just be patient

Let's say you have 50k followers on IG, and someone ask you to give him shoutout he will pay you, and you post his profile on your page, and ask your followers to follow them.
It''s like advertising
