They are a relatively small hosting provider in US. Only have 3 locations, one in New York, one in Utah and another in Los Angeles.
They are pretty good, had tried them back in 2017-18 tho so can't tell how they are now but back then they were good.
Checking at their pricing now, their dedi boxes seem to be a bit on the upper side, natural since they are small and would have a small markup.
If you want to, go with them, but don't expect much support. Go with Hetzner or Scaleway if you want cheaper prices maybe better support too.
