Suggestion for a free exit intent plugin for wordpress.

So far every plugin I have tried has been a freemium model.

Can anyone suggest a free exit intent plugin that will display on all pages of the blog and allow a cta in the popup.

You can use Popup, Poptin Exit Intent etc. It is free and all the features are included in the Free plan, including the exit-intent trigger. You can see this link for further suggestion.
