Sales thread edits are time consuming task and not easy to do. We have to contact the support than send a pastebin URL.
Would that be possible to pay the fee (just like jrvip membership) and then start editing the thread and wait for approval?

It could be useful to reduce the support tickets for BHW too, I guess, there are many edit requests on a daily basis?

I'm not a Marketplace Mod, but this wouldn't work allowing sellers to edit their own threads. Any changes would still need to be checked by a staff member and approved. We've had instances before where sellers changed BSTs or tags just as their BST went live and the changes were not approved.

I am talking about the editing process.
I have to login to my email
I have to send a pastebin with the thread edit
I have to chat with support

If we had a button that let us edit (the thread itself) & pay it will save us the support ticket and the copy+paste process to pastebin. then after thread edit has been submiteed and fee has been paid than a Mod can check it and decide to confirm/not.

I am just saying that from a client prespective - the process are old and slow. (low tech)
I am aware of that no one owe me nothing but just suggest and if it can be considered than I will just be an happy client :)

What work is being reduced by your suggestion ? It still looks same.

I'm responding to this as it never received a closure notice at the time this was posted.

Marketplace 2.0 will feature an improved thread edit process over the existing one. It won't be "automatic", but it will be similar to what you described in your opening post.
