[Suggestion] Add keywords to trigger mod approval for new accounts posts

I know this feature exists because I saw a post about it (this one) recently.
I assume that what looks like links trigger it, but in the last couple of days there were a few spam posts promoting Temu coupons, so I think that adding the words "Temu", "coupon", "code" and a few others for mod approval might help.

I know it looks like it creates more work for mods, but I'd argue that it takes some pressure off because dealing with reports is more time sensitive that approving threads.

We update the trigger keywords based on the volume of in reported posts / monitored posts. If there is volume of a spamed keyword we will add it to the queue.
The best option here is to hit the report button on the post.
