Hi BHW Team,

First of all, I want to say that I really like this forum. It's full of valuable knowledge and a great place for digital entrepreneurs. However, as a new member, I'm finding it a bit challenging to fully understand and follow all the forum rules. Sometimes, even though I read the guidelines carefully, I still make mistakes when posting an introduction or selecting the right category – which leads to warnings.

Part of the issue is that the rules are quite detailed (which is a good thing), but for someone whose first language isn't English, it's sometimes hard to interpret everything 100% correctly. Even though I have purchased a Marketplace package, I still feel nervous about posting incorrectly again.

So I have a small suggestion:
Would it be possible to have a specific category or a person/moderator that new members like me can contact or submit our draft post to for a quick review before officially publishing it? This would help avoid rule violations and ensure we're using the right sections of the forum.

I genuinely want to contribute and do things right here, and such a support system would make a huge difference for newcomers.

Thanks for your time and consideration!

Warm regards,
Shay

If you're not sure you're going to do something correctly, even after reading the rules (always make sure you check a section, several have stickies with additional rules to the ones in the footer of the page) you can contact Support.

With that being said, warnings aren't usually that big of a deal as long as you're not repeating the mistake. Or treating them like Pokemon, trying to collect them all. The warning literally tells you what you did and the Community Staff often will leave additional notes if the situation wasn't clear cut.

For example, if you're advertising your services, that's a clear cut warning that's probably not going to get an additional note. But if you were posting many messages all over the forum in just a few minutes time, a moderator might say, "slow it down a little because it looks like you're just spamming for post count".

But seriously, the folks over in support are super nice and will be happy to help you navigate the rules.
