What software would you suggest for sending approx 400,000 emails at a time?
The emails I'm sending are informational emails that I believe would not be considered spam by the reciever since they are notifying each user of the fact their username and or password has at some point been leaked or hacked.
The users are not opted in at the time of sending the email.
