I looked at the BST section but I am not loving any of the services. I have to get my boss to approve the cost and I don't think they even know what proxies are, so I can't spend too much. I am just trying to run GSA SER on my current backlinks and public proxies are HARD to get (been scanning with scrapebox for about 4 hours and only have 57 proxies so far, and Im sure if I rescan them they are dead now anyway). I assume I could get away with 10 private proxies. I am not sure how long proxies will last without getting banned though. If I could get a larger amount of shared or semi-private proxies, that would be good. But the key here is CHEAP

have you looked at buyproxies.org?

dedicated and semi dedicated proxies cost money to providers, so don't expect to find them cheaper than the prices here on BHW

or some1 COUGH who can send you say 2-3k scraping proxies per day
for a 1 time subscription fee. COUGH.

There's a place called http://sharedproxies.com that has some of the cheapest packages I've seen. For the quanity you get and the unmetered bandwidth you really can't beat it.
