Suggest Some White Hat Tech Blogs?

I'm struggling with getting an article about my opensource project included on wiki. What I need is posts on some quality tech blogs etc. Can anyone suggest some that allow guess postings etc? Perhaps some tech article directory? Under "tech" i mean something on the development/programming side

I can post it on a young tech blog of mine. just send me the article, pics and links to target.
will send close to nothing in terms of traffic, but link juice i beeing built. so in the long run, you will have benefit from it.
