You are asking for way too much. Your skills are oversaturated. Every crappy programmer does scraping. If you want to earn, do what others aren't doing first. If you create something new and unique you have a better chance of standing out from the crowd.

Making $4k or $5k per month it sounds really great to have. But you got to ask yourself this, are you able to sacrifice the things that you do daily? Are you able to be consistent to achieve your goal? Are you even dedicated to working hard to get where you want to be to receive this type of income? The important thing to realize is to be ready at any moment to sacrifice what you are for what YOU could become. Everything is not free so you have to do some homework. Good Luck
