I'm going to start a porn downloads website, so I will need a hosting provider which COMPLETELY IGNORES DMCA. And also offer great quality, speed and security also. I will be uploading and hosting thousands of movies which will be available to general public for downloads, so speed and reliability is what I need most.

You don't just need an offshore hosting provider, but one that offers more than 2 terabytes of storage. I haven't seen any VPS's that offer that. Your best bet would be a dedicated server.

hosting files on own server for this is a bad idea. Rather use filehosts, although things are pretty sick these days.

I ask what I needed, and already registered with AbeloHost. You should mind your own business, mods know who is just increasing his post counts and who is posting legit threads.
