Suggest Pin Frequency for New Boards

Hello There,
I have been experimenting with Pinterest for some time now with low success. I used to spam with AI generated images till last update killed the account. Although I am not banned and I still see some traffic (dropped to 10% from peak), I wanted to experiment even more.

I am not trying to start a new board with trending pinterest keywords. As it will be brand new board and I am in no hurry, what should be the frequency of my posts? I am planning to use the 50 post scheduler provided by pinterest to schedule my posts, just not sure how should I start.

Moreover, how may days you usually see it takes to start getting traction on your post from the date of posting on account which are like having almost no following and around 10k impressions a month?

Are you starting a new board in your pre-existing account that was impacted by an update?

Your question isn't very clear.

My recommended posting consistency is max of 10 to 15 pins per day. Some people go above that up to 40+.

I don't and I don't recommend that.

Now, know that this 10 to 15 pins is for the entire account not a specific board, so if you post 10 pins in one board for a day. I would recommend you don't post on any other board again through out that day.

Pinterest doesn't single out boards if they want to ban or suspend you for spam. It's the entire account that gets impacted.

Also, this 10 to 15 is for established accounts more than a month old. For new accounts I recommend 3 to 5 daily max.

I even start with 1 or 2 sometimes.

So my Account is 2 years old and already have around 300+ pins. I used to get around 50k monthly impression and now don't to 5k-10k after last update.

Regarding my question, i am asking specific to a board where i am planning to post short videos generated using ai with proper mention of ai generation in the description. I have around 30 videos ready to publish but i am planning 1 video per day using the sceduler. Not sure if I am going too slow here, hence wanted to know.

The 1 video i posted yesterday had generated only 2 impressions so far out of which 1 is mine only i believe

Hence my another question was, how soon i should expect seeing impressions increasing for a new board with nes posts. And does number of posts in a board impacts the impressions of the pins in that boad?
