Suggest payment method for business directory

I have started a business directory in India.I am charging about $30 for the first month and then $15 a month.Most of my clients are willing to pay on monthly basis.

He in India,no one is aware of paypal and most of the clients don't want to use their credit card.They just want to use cheque as payment.But its hard to collect cheque each month.

Please suggest your ideas.

Make them pay once a year...
Trying to collecting $15 cheques each month is not the way to go...
