Is there any way to suggest a page to people that aren't on your friends list?

no, there is no known method of doing this. we would all be millionaires if there was

Obviously the closest thing to this is getting your accounts' friends to suggest to their friends

That's what I guessed. Though I've seen people make accounts that are related to a subject, like pages. I'll simply test that out. I'm not looking for 100,000 fans. Just a few thousand would do.
