suggest me some trick/tool to scrap some text data

Suppose i have to make a list of Actors/Actresses ever acted in movies/tv from all over the world.
i can get that list from wikipedia. copying and pasting into my file takes too much of time. There are thousands of names, and manually adding data requires too much effort and time.
There are a hundreds of pages to scrap data from.
Anybody here can suggest me how to do it quickly.
i have a little knowledge of iMacros for Firefox if that can help.
or any other useful tool?
