Suggest me SEO strategy

Hi Guys,

I've a two month old site,it's a wedding site. We've already done On page SEO,now we're looking forward to do off page. Can you suggest me good SEO strategy to rank it? All keywords are low competitive,total 10 KWs I've.

I was thinking to start like this.

1: Social links,like G+,Twitter,FB likes,shares.
2: Press release
3: Social signals (About 1-2 days after the press release sydicates, Social signal 30 days drip feed)
4 : After all activities I will start building PBN links like two each week. (After a week of social signals)

You can suggest me your precious opinion or any good strategy. It's real site with real business address.

Good strategy utilizing social media. Just make sure its real. Google can spot fake +1's and just ignore or penalize. But its pretty easy to pass that.
Maybe some quality youtube videos with links here and there could help as well.
I wouldn't really worry about a ton of PBN links, the press releases with social media and great on page seo should do be great for a low comp kw with a few pbn.

I'd also think about doing super high quality web 2.0's.

For your reply,I my self do G+ so there is no chance to get fake g+.

Yup that's why I didn't say tons of PBN link,I want to less but quality links. I will also focus on building web 2.0

Again thanks for great suggesation about video with links.

What's a press release?
I have some websites running and saw that expression sometimes but I never mind.
If possible, show me an example.

Low competition is good but also make sure that they have high searches each month.
 
Good content , with link diversity and pay attention Pengiun and Panda !
 
I agree that social media has a high rank for this. I would highly suggest utilizing this!
 
Personally I would hit it with a wave of social signals, and then send a couple PBN links over a week or two. Then throw another wave of signals and see where you should rank from there.
 
Social media is a great pick. But you didn't mention best social networks for that niche - Pinterest and Instagram :) Be active there, look into hashtags that are popular in that niche and get those ladies to talk about you :)
 
Use other social media to boost the Google +1's with real people. Also links are still king.
