Suggest me on buying a domain

I was planning to buy a domain which is 2 years old. It doesn't have any backlinks and it is pr0 and it is parked.
Is it worth buying? As it is 2years old can I start backlinking heavily?

It depends. It is an exact match domain? Those still have a lot of weight in search engines and if it is i would say buy it if it is not too expensive..

As for the blasting, i would not start blasting hard even though it is an aged domain.. Since it is parked it is probably not even indexed in search engines.. If i were you i would still go with a gradual link building pace, but the fact that it is a bit aged is just something that might protect your site more from future google dances or penalties..
