Can someone share me a tool to check a bulk list of backlinks for valid or invalid ?
I need to check if they are still live before using an indexer services

You could just use a Bulk Index Checker: if the backlink is indexed, it is valid

If you've scrapebox then you can do with it. Otherwise, install Money Robot Submitter and a free tool will also get installed with it "SEO Backlink Monitor". Just copy it and uninstall the money robot if you want.

I think most of keyword research tools have this feature like Ahrefs, SEMRush etc.

Ahref have option for checking the indexing status in bulk.it also provides the information on index count.so try Ahref...

Scrapebox is great for that and if you don’t already have it I would recommend getting it since it has so many uses

I would say Ahrefs, Screaming frog, and LinkMiner.
