Well, i am running plenty of Adwords campaigns. (Black hat)
Most of the times, i have to scarp plenty of keywords, From Wikipedia or some other websites.
For example. For one of campaign, i had to scarp the List of cities of all over the world from wikipedia. That's plenty of data.
Manually it took 8/10 hours to scarp all of the data.
I was copying it from wiki page, pasting it in Numbers of OSx in sheet 1, Copying the column containing keyword and pasting it to sheet two, opening sheet two it in OpenOffice and inserting my keywords by find and replace dialogue.

Its too much of the work as have to scrap plenty of more data. Any good tool,Trick , suggestion would be appreciated
    Thanks

    You can try Uipath
It scarps data from the websites.
You just need to open the web scraping wizard and simply highlight the data you need to extract.
You can add as many items as you like.

And similar tools for scraping is
    Import.io
    kimono
    Screen Scrapper

Depending of the data you need try to find that data in some other place.
    EX: https://www.maxmind.com/en/free-world-cities-database

Otherwise you can use a software to do that but in this situation will may need a custom one so you should try to find some one that can help you.

And in the worst case you can try to buy that data.
