Yes I think both do (you can auto install from cPanel) you can check their feature list.

the free webhost is frihost dot com. I can attest to their good service. All you have to do is to post on their forum..

really have no complaint for them

free hosting is good if you are just starting out or if you need to cover your track for doing some BH activity. But if you want to go whitehat and longterm, use real webhost like hostgator etc

There are many hosting at very less price, why don't you try those hosting companies, I don't think free hosting will be easy to handle. . If you still interested to get free one, try 1freehosting.
