Suggest me alternatives to sms-activate.org

I used sms-activate.org for years but now, i suppose, because of sanctions i'm unable to fund the account from Europe.

Any other reliable alternative? Googling i saw tons of garbage and scams. Help me please (yeah...i need the SMS for ChatGPT).

Payment methods i need: PayPal or cards (visa/mastercard). No BTC and similars.
