Suggest me a seo plugin for video site, No need seo score, focus keyword,

If no need for SEO score then how can you know how close to perfection is your SEO? Well, it seems All-In-One SEO plugin would work.
 
In your case, all you need is a cache plugin like Litespeed
 
All in One - the main reason I'd stay away from Yoast is that Joost/Yoast has done some really shady stuff with the plugin.

  • Pushing announcements about his personal life/kids into everyone's dashboards

  • Aggressive advertising in the wp-admin dashboard for his other services

  • Worst of all - the Yoast SEO plugin tries to encourage people to disable competitor plugins (XML sitemaps) using scare tactics to make users think their site will break by using competitors

  • Injects unnecessary comments into your site code advertising his plugin
 
I too recommend you Yoast SEO plugin.
