I was using Traffic Travis for checking my rankings and it was working pretty good until I typed in my one keyword for one site that Traffic Travis was showing "-" sign. I found the kw to be on the second page. I re-ran the Traffic Travis keyword updater many times but it still didn't show me that my keyword was ranked.

If you're looking for something free try Serposcope, but you have to host it with a cron job.
