Suggest me a method or idea

Hello everyone i got a telegram group for a bot that i have created with my friend, the struggle is how to promote it i am adding people everyday at the group manually but i'm gettin limited too fast and i cannot add anymore now, not even send them a message what do you suggest me to do and scale this i was thinking to buy aged numbers and put it in android root phone and just send as much as possible to people and spam them with messages, i was thinking to do this all manual and put a VA to do this what do you suggest ?
