suggest me a good live chat support for wp or php

Hello guys

Hope you all are good. Its been a long time that i wasnt here but i need your suggestion now. Please suggest me a good live chat support for wp or php compatible live support tool. I was using php live before but now i want server based solution that is not cloud based.
or
any other that is good you know.

Hey kanta, I have been looking for this myself. The two better options I have found are LiveHelperChat and Tawk.to
LiveHelperChat is php based, and has a lot of functions I like. You can personalize it with your logo and choose some color templates.
Tawk.to looks really good as well. I think is Java based (?) not sure, it has one click installations for the most popular CMSs. Both can be managed from your smartphone which is something I was personally looking for, plus, they are FREE.

Tawk.to is a good solution, personally I prefer Pure Chat. They have a free plan as well, with a limited number of chats per month, but their paid plans don't go per agent, which is a superb feature. I hate the fact that you usually have to pay for each live chat member monthly.
 
You can go for cometchat as well. It is server based and has lot of extra features.
 
I have good memories of times when I was using zopim - they had some occasional server problems in early days, but they sorted them out later.. + they were uber-cheap as well.

i'd recommend going with Chatwing, you can handle both your live help, instant messaging and social chat. The social chat can have over 10,000 live users, plus its free.
 
Well, I've been using Zopim, and was happy with them, but I'll definitely check the recommendations from this thread, thanks.

(Zopim is paid, has cool stuff and I think works on every platform, since they give you a short code to implement.
 
Chatwing takes the cake for me, plus you can get your own custom chat app that syncs with your website, which should meet all your needs.

I did quite a lot of research about these applications community chats, live chats, etc. myself. Tried about 20 applications in the last 6 months - all the major ones. I will tell you like this: not many applications of this type are good. I would recommend you to give it a go with Chatwix or Rumbletalk.


I especially like Rumbletalk, because it is a safe application, you can use it on your page; blog; youtube channel; wordpress; joomla; facebook group; wix, basically everywhere.


I like to use it on my blog, youtube channel and my webpage at the same time as it gets synchronized really well and there is always someone there since it is added on 3 of my pages. What I like to do also is that I do the chat exports and I can raise my SEO with this.


Why I started using Rumbletalk?


1. I am able to post youtube videos, charts, pictures and it all looks nice
2. I am able to manage my own design just as much as I would like
3. I have the ability to export the chat logs(increase SEO with this)
4. I can use it on my blog, webpage and facebook page at the same time and it is synchronizing really well
5. Works really well on phones
6. It is html5 based and it is not a resourse hog
7. Nice support(got help when I needed it)

ChatWing new features and up to date addition has amazed me a lot. So I love to use ChatWing. lol
 
Here is some points why I decided to use ChatWing chat room:

1 - First I needed a chat that can be seen in mobile (all versions) so I narrowed down the search for html5 chat room that look good on both mobile and pc.

2 - I needed a custom design, I needed my background to be black or transparent. This was very hard to find (my site is dark).

3 - I do not like to install the chat in my server as this is high cpu and resource consumer. So I need a chat service.

4 - Lastly, I needed the ability to add youtube videos and upload files.

I have checked several chats and only 2 met my needs, Chatwing and Newchater

I choose Chatwing finally as it can be integrated into my page and not only as toolbar.
 
To be honest ChatWing is the best option for me. I have tried others chat room but not satisfied anymore.
