LinkedIn Ads ? Go to offervault dot com and in the search box, type "jobs" and see the search reults, you will get many job related (affiliate) offers. MaxBounty has a few, but if you are not already into MaxBounty, then MaxBounty is sometimes difficult to get into. But, check offers in networks such as Lensa, PointClickTrack, etc.

I have been searching for job offer for a long time. I haven't found any good ones till now.

Job offers are shit, because US unemployment is record low, no one clicks on those shitty job offers. Most unemployed are depended on social security and they just like to be poor and depended on government. The situation is so bad employees cant find workers for months. The flip side of the coin is that most job offers are for US traffic.
That's a perfect catch 22 situation.
Find some other type of offer.
